Bo Gøtz is owner and founder of Navigator Headhunting. He has +20 years leadership, commercial and talent acquisition experience with companies in Life Sciences, Industrial, Retail, Financial and Business Services.
Prior to founding Navigator Headhunting, Bo held partner positions in two other search & selection companies. He was appointed Global Head of Talent Acquisition in Falck and Chr. Hansen and was the CHRO in Denmark’s fastest growing IT consultancy, Commentor, before it was acquired by a global private equity firm.
Bo holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Odense University with post education studies from Harvard Business School in fundamental business strategy/M&A – and is a certified coach from DISPUK.
